This is such a pretty little butterfly. Although my print is in black, if you get a chance to see a Speckled Wood it is a soft brown, and on closer inspection you can see the subtle black, white and gold on some of its spots.
Woodblock (plywood); each one hand printed on Conqueror laid vellum block printing paper with black linseed oil based relief printing ink.
Unframed 30.5cm x 25.5cm.
